Logical Block Addressing (LBA)- an organizational strategy on hard disks that allows the operating to access larger drives than older BIOS/FAT management systems could handle. Logon- the process of entering an identification name and password. Loopback- the ability to test a device or system by sending a signal and having the signal returned to compare with the original data sent. Lost Allocation Units- lost clusters that are file segment to associated to other files in the file allocation table (FAT).
